At the end of the month, experience a tasting menu curated by Chef John DaSilva inspired by Chef Daniel Kinch's Manresa: An Edible Reflection. In an effort to showcase the community around him, Chef Kinch draws inspiration from California's land and sea, using local produce year-round. In Manresa, Chef Kinch details his thoughts on building a dish: the creativity, experimentation and emotion that go into developing each plate and how a tasting menu ultimately tells a deeper story. This 6-course experience will feature:

  • 25 Tomatoes, Pistachios and Allium Flowers
  • Smoked Avocado Ceviche
  • Corn Pudding & Lettuce Velooute, Crispy Mushrooms with Sweet Corn Croquettes
  • Summer Bass, Beans with Pepper and Citrus Leaf Curry
  • Lamb & Vegetables Roasted with Summer Savory "Navarin"
  • Apricot, Fried Rice, Apricot Pit Sherbet, and Sea Salt & Vanilla Caramels
